Mexico Ceaty, a new multi-concept dining and entertainment venue, is set to open at San Antonio River Walk, a pedestrian street in San Antonio, Texas, US in early 2025.�
The venue is being launched as a collaborative effort between the Jason Dady Restaurant Group and Ashkenazy Acquisition, a real estate investment company owned by American billionaire Ben Ashkenazy.�

Located at 849 E Commerce Street, Mexico Ceaty will honour the culinary heritage of Mexico and San Antonio, transforming the current food court within the Shops at Rivercenter into a new destination.�
The new space will feature eateries, a coffee shop inspired by a panaderia [Spanish bakery], art activations, a stage for live music and a marketplace.
The 21,000ft² venue is part of the centre’s ongoing evolution into an experiential retail and leisure destination.�
The space is being designed by architect Frank Valadez of SA Partnership, working in conjunction with the Jason Dady Restaurant Group. �
Mexico Ceaty will introduce bar and restaurant concepts including Tres Arcos – a full-service restaurant specialising in Tex-Mex cuisine – and El Ultimo, an agave [spirits distilled from the agave plant]-tasting room with a focus on artisanal mezcals [spirits made from agave] and aged tequilas.�
The space will also feature Dulce Aroma, a café offering Mexican pastries, churros and breakfast tacos, and Dos Cantinas, a 300-seat bar area with sunken garden sitting areas and elevated lofts.�
The main plaza of Mexico Ceaty will feature food stands such as a ceviche [fish] bar, a tortilleria, a taqueria [taco stand], a fruteria [juice bar] and a Baja burrito stand. �
FSR magazine quoted Jason Dady Restaurant Group co-founder and chef Jason Dady: “Our goal with Mexico Ceaty is to create a space where locals and visitors can enjoy flavours and traditions of Mexico while celebrating the unique spirit of our city. �
“We’re excited to bring a variety of concepts to this space, with each element designed to offer an immersive experience. We have everything from paletas [caramel lollipops] and churros to street tacos and wagyu fajitas across an abundance of both quick and full-service outlets.”�
